Denture Repair Lab guarantees same day order processing
All repair, duplication and adjustment orders are custom orders. Custom orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded after phone or email order confirmation. No exceptions.

Order Cancellation

Customer can cancel the order anytime prior order confirmation. After order is confirmed customer can not cancel the order. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on cancelled orders and unrepairable orders. Shipping charges will be based on current USPS Priority Mail Rate.

Repair & Fit Disclosure

At Denture Repair Lab, we are committed to providing quality dental appliance repair services. We acknowledge that the proper fit of your dental appliance is essential for your comfort and oral health. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the fit of the dental appliance after repair. This is due to the fact that customers are not present during the repair process, and we are unable to assess the initial fit of the appliance in your mouth. Your oral health situation is unique and may have changed since the appliance was initially fitted. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you consult a dental professional to ensure both your oral health and the proper fit of the repaired dental appliance. Our services are focused solely on repairing existing dental appliances and do not involve examining your mouth. By utilizing our repair services, you agree to the following: No Guarantee of Fit: You understand and accept that Denture Repair Lab cannot guarantee the fit of the dental appliance after repair. Consultation with a Dental Professional: You acknowledge the importance of visiting a licensed dental professional to ensure that the dental appliance fits properly and is conducive to your oral health. Reasonable Assessment: You recognize that utilizing our repair service is deemed reasonable when immediate repair is necessary, and it is not reasonable to delay the repair process or seek a physical dental office visit due to factors such as travel limitations or other circumstances. At Denture Repair Lab, our goal is to provide effective repair solutions, and we encourage you to prioritize your oral health by seeking professional advice when needed. This policy clause aims to ensure transparency and informed decision-making for our valued customers.

Repair Warranty

Repair services by Denture Repair Lab warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship. All removable dental prostheses will be repaired using the best materials and technicians expertise and will conform to the written specifications provided with each work order. Any removable prosthesis that meets the qualifications for remake and experiences a defect in materials or workmanship within a period of 30 or 90 days depending on the warranty will be repaired at no charge: limit 1 repair during 30-Day warranty and 2 repairs during 90-Day warranty. Customer may return the dental prosthesis along with a copy of the original invoice. The dental prosthesis will be inspected and repaired at our discretion. If we do find signs of improper care or abuse, the dental prosthesis will be repaired at customers expense. This limited warranty excludes damage resulting from improper care or handling, accidents, modification, unauthorized repairs, normal wear, or other causes which are not defects in materials and workmanship. Â Any and all warranties will be void, if dental prosthesis is repaired with glue or any self repair kit during the warranty period. The warranty will be void if the dental prosthesis has been altered or modified in design or construction. If the original cost of repair will be disproportionate to the defect, customer will be responsible for difference in the price of repair. This warranty is non transferable. In no event shall Denture Repair Lab be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the repair of any removable prosthesis, and any recovery is limited to the repair service price. All warranty terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Duplicate Denture Warranty

Duplicate denture is warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship. Return Policy

At Denture Repair Lab, our return policy ensures customer satisfaction while maintaining product hygiene and safety standards. No returns accepted on duplicate appliances, emphasizing the importance of careful ordering. Denture care products are eligible for return only if remain in the original, unopened packaging, and become non-returnable once opened. Additionally, dental implant-related accessories are non-returnable. Customers seeking returns are required to contact our customer service at 401-725-5777 within 10 days, providing order details and reasons for the return. Refunds or replacements will be determined after inspecting returned items, with customers responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees deemed non-refundable.

Glue Removal Fee

Dental prosthesis fracture(s) containing glue or self repair material is subject to a glue removal fee. In order to properly repair dental prostheses all and any particles of glue or self repair material must be removed prior professional repair. To expedite prostheses repair and to reduce customers time being without dental prostheses DentureRepairLab.com reserves the right to charge a glue removal fee without customers consent. A courtesy email will be sent to inform the customer.

Pricing Discrepancies

Due to periodic changes in price from our manufacturers and distributors, we cannot guarantee a flat prices structure. Occasional price changes are required. In certain instances typographical errors may occur and DentureRepairLab.com cannot be held responsible for those discrepancies

Limited Liability of Products Sold

DentureRepairLab.com makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products and services sold on the denturerepairlab.com site. Typographical Errors

Shipping

DentureRepairLab.com provides Free First Class USPS Shipping both ways, however DentureRepairLab.com are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, misroute or damaged or once the USPS Service Delivery Confirmation shows the package has been delivered. No Exceptions. Shipping Insurance is highly recommended. It’s a customer’s responsibility to purchase shipping insurance. Free Priority Mail is not available for international shipments or for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes or AFO/FPO addresses. Dental prosthesis received after 1 p.m. Eastern time on a business day will be send out the next business day. For example, dental prosthesis received after 1 p.m. Eastern time on Monday will be send out on Tuesday. Business days do not include holidays.

Please DO NOT send in your denture boxes, dental containers or any other containers along with your dentures/partials, since it will not be returned due to shipping weight restrictions.
